The main difference between binaural beats and isochronic tones is that\u00a0binaural tones are continuous<\/strong>, whereas isochronic tones are not continuous. Binaural tone consists of two slightly different tones presented to each ear at the same time, whereas isochronic tones are single tones that come on and off at regular intervals. <\/strong>Isochronic tones are consistent regular beats of a single tone.
